ASE registration is handled by the Reengineering Forum, through the Software Management Network [contact Judith Golub (j.golub@computer.org, phone +1 650-941-4027)]. Credit card charges will appear on your bank statement as S/W Mgmt / Reengineering Forum. Please advise whoever will review your charge statement that this item is your ASE '98 registration.

Checks

Payment must accompany your registration form. Checks must be in U.S. Dollars (USD) payable on a U.S. bank. Personal checks are accepted from U.S. and Canada attendees.

Make check payable to "Reengineering Forum / ASE".

Purchase Orders and Wires

US DoD training orders and corporate purchase orders are accepted, but they must be payable at the "After September 12" rate.

Notes

Whichever method of payment is used, make sure you include the name of the attendee.

Cancellations are subject to a US $ 100 administration fee. No refunds after October 1.
